The Organization Effectiveness Audit is one of three types of audits we provide (see also Team Effectiveness Audit and Leadership Effectiveness Audit).  Each compares what you are doing to best practices.

This audit is tailored to include a wide variety of factors. For example, it can address organization structure, how well the organization is functioning, or how well different organizational units work together. It may also include such issues as mergers between businesses, collaboration across businesses, the transfer of best practices, or the status of a change initiative.

Based on audit results, we provide you with recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness of what you are trying to achieve. We are available to help you implement the recommendations as needed.
