This audit is tailored to your needs and concerns, typically including a review of the process for selecting, engaging and developing leaders.

Leadership selection may include a review of your onboarding and succession planning process. Engagement may include how you communicate with your leaders, how leaders collaborate, and how involved and committed they are to your goals. Development may include a review of your development options and how you are leveraging those options.
