Executives engage in a one-on-one coaching process around these issues. Participants are encouraged to bring their candid views regarding their interests, needs and concerns to the discussion. This input is used in an open, mutual exploration with the coach. During the coaching process, participants gain deeper understanding and receive important guidance toward career development.

To initiate the process, participants are asked to complete 2-3 questionnaires and to forward a resume. This is followed with up to two hours of coaching with a WBW&Associates consultant.

The benefit of this career development coaching process is increased clarity about goals, enhanced self-awareness, and a better understanding of career and life choices.
